yeah MoP, its the tension at 0 thing - in the tesselate modifier you'll recall that it smooths the mesh, and the "tension" spinner is the one that controls the amount of smoothing, and at 0 it won't smooth it at all. ok i will paste them but there might be a slight problem because i had just started knowing about TurboSmooth Tool after i had done the model and well some parts are all Smoothed out :( but i will remove the smooth from the ones i managed to leave Unsmoothed.
