@Kanni3d -> "Bump to 100 instead of 30 on your material," Actually... the bump value was in 100. Those screenshots of the material menu were taken on a new scene to show you the steps I do to assign a normal map to a model. -> "Put your dilation width to 8-16px." Sure, I'll try that. UPDATE: The dilation width didn't solve…
Yeah I did 120 on my build a few years back and it wasn't a huge issue. Though I'm pretty sloppy with my files so it was annoying. Current build has 256 which I much prefer, I think I paid about as much or less for the 256 drive as I did for the 120 drive, hehe.
You have decimation set to 100% and 3 million points, that is going to give you the same number of points as your current mesh. I'm not eve sure how you set it to 100% with 5k polygons, normally decimation master will adjust the sliders to match the target polygon count. Edit: Not sure why your polypaint button is missing.
I've not seen it work 100% in viewport since max2009, it sure as shit doesn't work right under nitrous. It should render fine though. visibility is on a float controller expecting values between 0 and 1 - try wiring it into something like a slider or dividing the x position output by 100 or something so you get sensible…
Don't shine a light on the front of it and eat somewhere else. This should limit the frequency that you have to clean it. Keep it as vertical as possible. This limits the amount of dust that falls on it. I often use an easel for drawing so I'm used to keeping it basically 100% vertical 100% of the time. When you do clean…
i tryed your shader but it did something kinda nuts to me. for any planar surface it kinda set the lighting all the way to 100% making any surface at 90* to the light source 100% white.. which sucked :P if you want i can post a ss or am i just forgetting something really simple?
1) I think he can only impersonate the dead. That's why John Locke had to die. But 2) What about those mysterious Walt appearances? (Although, they have made mention of him having some kind of power in previous seasons) @Blenderhead, as for the 'full of inaccuracies' you are either 100% correct, or 100% full of shit.…
Well, i am pretty much done with the characters and anatomy, i can't learn anatomy and i am so bad in drawing human form. Since i am more interest in environment, nature, world. I want to focus 100% in this area. So how environment modelers are doing in this area? Is there more jobs for it? I know games are 100% created…
So I've started working on my high poly skills and so I figured I'd try out some clothy bits this time around. Still alot to do on this guy but crits and ideas would be greatly appreciated! I'll probobly do a low poly version so I can just continue through the entire process of normal mapping and all that.
hello everyone, this is my second post, and this is a work I had to do in one week. I had to do a detective desk of the 1930's. all the objects are assets so they can be used in others scenes. If you have any advices or else tell me :) [IMG][/img]
