Well, i am pretty much done with the characters and anatomy, i can't learn anatomy and i am so bad in drawing human form. Since i am more interest in environment, nature, world. I want to focus 100% in this area.
So how environment modelers are doing in this area? Is there more jobs for it? I know games are 100% created environment from 0, but what about in VFX, which i am more interest in VFX?

Anyhow, these are good questions.
Environment artists can do quite well. But it's the same situation for all the disciplines... you have to be good at what you do, to do well at it.
More jobs? I'm not sure about this, but anecdotally it might be true. There are certainly a lot of people who instinctively want to be game character artists. However if you check the job listings, the disciplines do seem to be evenly represented...

Game VFX artists are usually in good demand. It is sometimes difficult to find talented people for this role. Good VFX requires technical, artistic, and animation skills. Not easy to find people who are good at all those.
UI artists are in a similar boat. I've seen strong demand for them, and not a lot of supply. However this also requires a good mix of skillsets... technical, graphic design, and animation skills.
We have some info here about the different game art roles, and which are more popular, etc.

These are legitimate questions but the overtime thread really rubbed me the wrong way, a bit like the eternal motivation threads.
I'm a grumpy old fart.
On topic: vfx artists seem to be on high demand, it's a difficult craft, but if you are good it won't be hard to find a place that needs you.
