LOL All people have to realize is...at this point a nuke attack on Israel will provoke them, the jews, to hit EVERYBODY on their shit list regardless if there's proof or not the weapon originated from Iran (or smuggled into Israel and deployed by Palestinian military group). I think they'll even hit old enemies like Egypt…
Meh. Was pretty burned by the ridiculousness of MW2. Might get it for 360, if it has improved enough to buy another iteration. Still love the SP in MW1; seeing the nuke take off, damn. One of the coolest 'Oh S**T' moments in any game I've ever played.
Wow thanks a lot for that, you were right, I had it to overlay and it nuked my blue. At some point I did do the levels to 127 thing, but then I thought, this doesn't look right, forgot that I also had to normalize it. It looks a lot better now
@Chase yea I jus waited and I got a reply. So they said that they don't have an opening for an internship but may have an opening in the next few weeks. If I want to qualify I have to use a program called Nuke and know how to do rotoscoping and paintouts.
Thanks everyone!! I've tried out a bit of Nuke and made a ~10 second animation. It's really cool to see stuff in motion after spending so much time on it. Definitely looks much better than the static render. Check it out: https://www.artstation.com/artwork/Bm26am
Nuke your prefs to kingdom come! :) You might consider doing this, just make sure you backup any scripts, shelves, etc. you want to keep. You could just rename the existing prefs folder and start Maya. Then copy from the old one.
Ahh. I always save in incremental numbering (i.e. 741.blend for my 741th revision), those blend1 files really build up on the disk usage after a while. I just simply find them all and then nuke them to eternity when i'm short on space.
After watching that, I'd rather buy him a beer than pay to see one of his movies... ... though postal I would pay to see. The scene in the trailer with bush and bin laden holding hands and frolicking in a field while nukes go off in the background sold it for me.
Working in node-based systems. They were confusing at first, until I started using Nuke for compositing years ago. When I started using Substance Designer 4 I believe, and UE4 during the time it had a monthly subscription, it started making a bit more sense.
RipperSplitter nailed it...nuke the albums. Only time albums should ever be used is for much more Sr artists (with established pedigree) who have worked on multiple projects and want to split them up. Otherwise, it's a deterrent and I definitely don't want to see it in folios 90% of the time.
