Here is finished retopo. I had so many crashes during baking normals. In fact this is not low poly. 25 998 tri 2048x2048 armour. And 1024 for head. AO + Normal. Hi ress:
Hmm, I think im going to have to make a model dump thread. Anyway, here's more texture practise from me. A cement cover block, thing. Inspired by Gears of War. 1482 Tri's. 1024 Diffuse/Normal/Spec: Diffuse: Normal: Specular:
More texture practise from me. I think im getting worse lol D: Anyway I was thinking a Resi 4 kind of style while i was making this. It's 232 Tri's, and currently all its got is a diffuse map. 1024 Diffuse Map
I made the concept some months ago for a concept art assignment and I decided to model it I used 5 1024 maps (Albedo,Roughness,Metalness,Normals and Emission) I hope you guys like it! Any comment is welcomed! https://www.artstation.com/artwork/GoZz3
Here my latest work, an evil looking knight with a black armor. He is 7300 tris total, , 1x 1024* diffuse and specular. Im pretty proud of it but Im sure I could get some critics on it, what do you guys think?
Here is my next little project. Hes supposed to fight along side my demons. I'll unwarp him tommorrow and try to do his texture before the weekend is over then its back to classes. I might just move up to a 1024 texture....maybe..
Hi everyone, I have made some custom material nodes that are 2048 and when I bring them into another node that is 1024 they do not scale down. I have set them to parent and tried to transform them. Is there a clean way of scaling down a node? thanks. :)
if you look up how to duplicate along a curve in maya you will see there is no simple dedicated method even in 2024. The go-to method still seems to be MASH. MASH is good because it gives you all the flexibility you could want, however it is a chore to setup and has a ton of disjointed parameters you have to tinker with.…
Okay this is such a newb question, but how do I properly apply a rectangular texture in Marmoset? (i.e. 1024*512) I know how to do it in Maya and Unreal but I'm not seeing any similar options in Marmoset.
