Played about 12 hours so far, completed most the light world and half the dark worlds (still need to do that cotton world!) I'm playing with a 360 pad. Its easily the most challenging fun I've had for a long long time, I can't remember the last game I played that had this kind of fast paced skillful platforming... maybe…
Focusing on characters is a smart choice if that's what you love—it’ll keep you motivated and creative! If you want to dip into environments, try designing spaces that enhance your characters’ stories, like a hero’s lair or a villain’s hideout. Or, team up with someone who loves world-building while you stick to…
@Fabi_G: Excellent work and exemplary workflow! It's clear you are giving this your own spin and want enough space for walking around/explorig, but it does feel a tad bit empty compared to the reference. One aspect may be that the difference between the blended-in ground foliage and the bigger plants is too big so the…
Hey all, I recently started this as a design for a potential client, but he said it wasn't what he was looking for. I'm completely cool with that, especially since it was a first pass and I'm always open to improve on my design. I definitely could have pushed the explosives part more and put more character into him, but…
I grew up behind consols and so the whole faster and more accurate to me is just bollox. Sure as in facts it it might just be, but you still have to be able to use it. And how would I make that copy be the UV's for the other face? EDIT: Can you show me with images what you mean? The actual model I am working with is a gun stock. the left side is already all stiched togteher. Hitting relax just further disorts the shape.
I'm not a fan of moderating behavior with things like 'images only' 'finished works only' 'no comments' 'only 2d' etc. You could unsticky it? I don't particularly care if you do or don't though. (although I think there are too many stickies overall...) I would advocate combining the speed modeling sticky, the low poly art…
memtest is a great program to test memory. A loose ram stick can be the cause of the problem though I suggest checking all the ram sticks just in case :)
