I feel the eyes need to be a little more narrow and the chin a little wider + smoother. I also see a difference under the lip and chin area, between your model and the Tifa reference. Asians tend to have a more smoother look on their face with not many "hard" areas. Not sure if I'm just sounding crazy, though. ^^
