I do not have a credit card...It's a 249$ dollar program because I live in Canada. I may need to activate three cards, two 100$ and a 25$ which will add a 15$ fee. Is there a way to use Paypal instead? Thanks. (UPDATE) I bought it on Steam all good now.
Just like the title says i need help. I'm working on a lav-25 and i want it to look like the ones in battlefield or better and i need help on how to achieve it. the programs i'm going to use is substance painter for texturing and cryengine to get it game ready.
Here is a material breakdown on Sci-Fi Console in Substance painter I made. I hope this is useful to someone. About the anchor points, I am having problem in the mask generators not updating if I change the referenced layer. Does anyone else have that problem? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LvtWxjvc9pU&t=25s
Hi, Is the continous mesh any better than the split one? In case of my modular building, a split mesh has 25% less triangles. Dividing edges and then removing doubles also takes a lot of time. Are there any reasons to use a continous mesh? Just an example, not the real mesh:
I was watching gnomon tutorial and this guy has some pretty neat shortcut on the left side of his interface. The on with colors, materials, 100% 50% 25% render buttons and etc. Are those shortcuts available from max itself? How do I place them there? http://thegnomonworkshop.com/img/screengrabs/tjo02/tjo02a.jpg

You know what would be neat? You can get small size usb sticks printed up for cheap. Get like 25 with your name and info printed on them and save your folio and resume on them. Probably too late now, but maybe next year or next convention ;)
