Custom materials need to be stored in the "Custom" folder that per default is loaded when pressing the "save smart material" button. In that colder you can create whichever folder structure you want. Those materials will then appear under the "custom" tab in the smart material library. Perhaps we can add a "browse" button… -

Yeah, cross package dependency is a nightmare for sure. I know it it from my own experience . Even if you drop a tool that doesn't have any outside resources but its sbs file has other graphs that do , you would waste minutes answering useless missed something yes/no choices.
