UDK Unreal Tournament 3: Update?

Marmoset 3 Opacity issue
Hi everyone I am just learning to use Marmoset, and it is great so far, however I have issues with opacity maps on a quick lowpoly model I made for material testing. For some reason my cockpit glass and pilot (same object and material) always have the same level of opacity, even though I have an alpha channel in my TGA… -

I've been playing guitar over 6 years. been playing every day consistently for probably 2-3. it has NOTHING to do with liking or playing guitar hero. snap out of it.
