Thank you guys for the feedback, it's super useful, updates will be coming soon! Definitely going to see what I can do with the feedback about adding in some yellow and pinks, referring to Draenei for that is a great idea. As well as looking into lighting the Over World differently as it does look quite flat.
If I'm honest, I almost closed the site as soon as I saw it was made in Flash. Then I did when I tried to load one of the things in your gallery and saw the tiny images and the thumbnails took ages to load. Keep it light HTML with pictures. Simple, easy, fast and clean.
Picked up both W40K and CoH a few months back....IGN gave CoH PC Game of the Year, but I've been dinking around beating older games on the shelf. I just beat Homeworld 2, and I love Relic's work, so I'll make the plunge soon!
there are many things to fix, I will add more volume as soon as I start working with a color, I'm not quite sure what palette I'm gonna use... so I'm gonna make my decision and adjust grayscale to that. what about background) I say that Dr. Mundo will be a drummer :
Update on the concept, this is what I have now; If you're interested in seeing how I came to this I made my first video of a series about this piece; https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Rst5dgMNf0c&t=1s :) I'll start working on the 3D as soon as I can! Looking forward to it.
Thanks a lot for the answer! Didn't know of the Loft objects before. Looks promising, will take a closer look at those as soon as possible. I have now done it by manually extruding the edges, which I was afraid of first. It took some time but it looks quite good now I think :)
Looks like a really solid start. Probably the most obvious thing that stands out as soon as I look at your wireframe is that you have a lot of unnecessary geo. Pretty much anywhere you have edge loops that don't change the silhouette or are needed for smoothing can be removed/welded.
That`s a rly cool idea, I was actually having issues with the runes the way they are now, clashing with some other ideas I had in mind, making those areas glow instead would solve the problem! Thanks again Wendy! Will be back after some edits and polish soon! :)
Concept idea for the Woar skin.. im a bit stuck in the design of the gloves, but overall im pretty satisfied of the result by far, i hope to find a good design for the glove so i can decide my color palette.. SOON new update, i hope u like it =D
Hello there! Thank you for this tool Olli., I have followed the instructions carefully, but like kingtobee and s1dk, I'm not getting any sbsar files. Can we hope to get a fix soon, I would love to have those Quixel materials inside Substance Painter! Thank you!
