It's good practice to bake with large edge padding(especially for hard edges). Also, you might want the background to be flat normal(128,128,255) and not black. Last note, why not bake out in Blender?

Hi, I was baking normals for a sword in Toolbag and low-poly mesh with baked normals have visible edges: Normal map looks good on it's own, I used triangulated mesh, Mikk/xNormal Tangent space. The mesh was made in Blender and exported as .fbx.
Your low poly needs to match the high poly closely, add an edge loop down the middle of each part and pull them outwards, and absolutely no n-gons like that, they look like missing edges.
