What is the best way to show off your substance designs?
I've started creating quite a few materials in Substance Designer and I want to display them in my portfolio but I can't get them to render nicely. Re: Portfolio design
For the model presentation template, I would either scale up the render of the model so it uses more of the JPEG, or crop down the JPEG so it just fits the model. Right now having a small render of a model in the middle of a large image wastes quite a bit of screen real estate. While I understand the purpose of this thread… -

Substance painter or designer?
So. What's the difference between painter and designer? I get from the names that one is just designing mats but why can't you do that in maya with the node environment and paint it in painter?
