your right it does indeed look cool, breaks things up a bit and makes it more remember-able, deff was the right choice on your part - however still doesn't seem piratical to me :P but that doesn't matter, good progress man
Here are some final animation renders. just to show the characters in their environment. As these projects arrives to an end, I will take on the robot Pirate character designs and begin to model them, this time I will play a bit more with Zbrush. I will post the progress on here.
click the textures tab and scroll down, there are two matcap sets @ $20 a piece. If you purchased them from Gnomon but forgot your login or what-have-you then you should contact their support, don't ask someone to pirate the matcaps for you.
Here is my entry to the contest made by Bioware and Cghub, my first challenge!!! Finally i didnt have so much time :( but at least i finished on time and learn so much during the challange, nice day! NEESHA THE QUNARI PIRATE
That space pirate crew photo is the only photo I ever needed to see for this photo. If disney had just released that photo and kept everything else in the dark for Star Wars. No cast, or director or anything. I would still be pumped to see this movie.
Awesome, thanks for the interest all. Regarding participants, I'd like to just keep it at 4 for this little wrestling match - but would love to see other groups do their own thing battle it out. For choosing winner, I think just finishing puts you in contention for a tied victory - you can only really "lose" by not…
I want to do a light rider on a quad kind thingy. I imagine the death match like a desert pirate post apocaliptic joust. I was mostly inspired by Borsa (http://brosa.deviantart.com/gallery/) andby Destiny (the influence is mostly for the rider) Here is my progress so far

Hi, Here's the stuff from ~2013 (previous generation ;) ). I really enjoyed this project, so I decided to show you some of models that i worked on as a freelancer. All screens captured in UE3 (excluding Highpoly renders). Materials and postpro made by me for presentation (not in-game).
