Here's the stuff from ~2013 (previous generation ). I really enjoyed this project, so I decided to show you some of models that i worked on as a freelancer.
All screens captured in UE3 (excluding Highpoly renders). Materials and postpro made by me for presentation (not in-game).
Great work, the tiles stuck out to me as well. Given it's bent i guess it could be metal sheets or rubberish tiles??? Its really odd, the material defination isn't giving any hints. Bend just looks odd. otherwise everything looks really quality stuff!

I think the problem is that the mesh itself is bent, but there's no indication in the material. there's no crease, there's no build up of grime in the edge etc.

It's kind of vinyl tiles, but you're right - material definition is not as good as it can be.
