Likeness - Looking but no seeing
Hi, Would you happen to know how to do likeness well? I've been fighting this project, trying to achieve likeness and it just doesn't feel right. Something is missing, but I don't see it. And to be honest I reached a point where the more I mess with it the less fitting it gets. Can you help me out? Any tips? Pointers?… -

Yeah I know I should probably start with textures. Problems with that, I have like almost no idea on how to unwrap things good. Do you just mark seems around like objects? Like for example. The seat on the model do i just put a seam around that? -

GDC like event in Europe
I know that there's a lot of talking about GDC right now, but this made me wonder. Is there anything like GDC happening in europe? I know that there are gaming events like Gamescom happening but that's more promotion oriented, rather than development. There's also Gamayo in UK but that's more of niche, small indie oriented… -
