I wouldn't move on to details yet, the major forms are not there . I would go down to your lowest or second lowest subdivisions and get those major forms down. It's tempting to go detailing right away but the lowest subdivisions are the most important. You might get some anatomy refs as well and try to understand what some of those shapes are that you are sculpting.
