Hello polycount, I am trying to create my first game environment but i'm not too sure how to do it. I have some experience creating game assets with 3ds max/maya and substance painter but have no idea about how to begin a game environment. I have had no luck finding a good tutorial that goes through the entire process of…
Hi, I've been thinking of challenging myself with making a mobile game like Penguin Isle myself, but I need some advice on it. My background is 3D modelling/environment art and has created FPS environment in UE4 before. However, I don't really know where to start with idle games. First, I think many idle games have a fixed…
Hey peeps! Curious to know if its possible to create a tileable asphalt/road sculpt using nanomesh. I know you can use nanomesh to apply little pebbles/rocks, but is it possible to create 4-8 instanced little rocks of variations and use that to scatter across the nanomesh while still being tileable?? Anyone know of a setting to adjust this? I'm not talking about…
Hi everyone, I made an extension for Photoshop (CC only) for working with layers — Layer Factory. I use it every day for more than a year now and can't live without it so I thought maybe someone will be also interested in trying it. Layer Factory consists of separate modules that can be hidden/revealed/expanded…
I use the portable version of FenrirFS You can assign multiple tags and order them inside groups; unfortunately you can't create the same tag for different groups so you have to create multiple Profiles with different purposes. For example, one for your inspiration pictures with its tags, and another with your references…
I press enter, nothing happens. How am I supposed to create a group after naming it? I tried pressing enter but I can not for the life of me imagine what else the commit hotkey could be. Fixed: Went to something other than outliner and switched it back
