This is pretty cool. I like how steam is diversifying from just games to other media. This could be great for content creators that are trying to get dota/tf2 tutorials out there. Just another potential revenue source. I wounder how much of a cut steam/valve takes.
Not bad but the computer ID lock and UI make me rage, also i just bought Clip Studio which i really prefer so far even over openCanvas. Ohh and btw the SAI 2 beta looks neat also creator accepts feature requests.
yeah I agree firebert and the survey creator might unintentionally have surveyed a particular group of people who happen to just prefer blender, I mean I never heard of this survey or saw anything about it on these forums or any others until now and its already over
Well, until the model directories are back you are SOL, but in general the usage rules are that you can use a model if you get permission from the creator of the model (in writing, e-mail will do), and that you do not attempt to make any money with the project. Generall that's how it goes. Scott
Those props look just awesome! I don't mind the "lazyness" going on in the normal maps, the diffuse work is so great. It's also nice to see an indie creator with really good looking content. How's the overall performance of the current build? Keep going, this looks really promising.
This is absolutly retarded. Trauma generated massive PR for the Battlefield franchinse with DC and now they get fucked for it? Exellent decision DICE, now just make Battlefield 2 even more confusing to mod than BFV and you are truly doomed as creators of anything worthwhile. Enjoy the EA money.
Hello guys ! Can you give me some feedback on my last personal artwork for improve ? The basemesh was from character creator. And I produced a first version for the #cyberpunk2077 concept art challenge from digitalpaint.school. You can see previous version on my https://www.artstation.com/artwork/zO1lxL. What you think…
I've recently been looking through accepted dota 2 items and I began to wonder how are the items price and rarity set? Does the creator simply select them or does valve? Because I often see wrather boring items with a very high price and rarity as well as really nice looking equipment with low rarity.
Im wondering since this thread http://polycount.com/discussion/comment/2561978#Comment_2561978 got to the frontpage. even if its entertaining to some, most people here seems to feel that its not front page worthy. and because of this, the thread was derailed, which is of no benefit to the thread creator. how does it work?…
that's totally true. the mac pro has not been updated in three years and there's total silence about it's future. that's not how you keep business customers commited to your platform. not sure tbh how apple imagines what content creators for it's ecosystem are supposed to use now. but that's another thread in itself. :)
