Rigging Book Suggestion.
Hey I was wondering if anyone had any suggestion on the subject of rigging ? I have a friend who let me barrow his copy of The Art of Rigging Vol1 which has been a great help so far ,but I have to give it back to him eventually. So if you have any books that come to mind preferable physical not e-books that would be great. -

Resizeable Rig for Maya?
We are planning to do a group project using both max and maya. most people in my class seem to prefer animating in maya, but most of our experience lies in max. So I was wondering if there is a resizeable rig or some kind of mel script to create a rig based on a series of locators? Any help would be much appreciated -
