Anyone up for some old school rigging?

All I need is a simple rig of a model for a game.

You may think that just because of the pose its already rigged...it's not...
I moved around the objects to make it seem like that because I can’t rig for sh*t(don’t know if were allowed to curse in these forums)

so if anyone has free time and wants to help me out that'd be great.

Here are the details:

Made in 3ds max 2011
Poly count is 9,450
The twist of this project is that it is Triple jointed from the shoulder blades to the Forearms.
Also, it has to be finished within a week or so.

you (whatever name you use) will be credited 50% of this model once its implicated in the game itself.
