Hello Community! I'm trying to add BSP to a BSP ground plane. The BSP sharing the same space, but for some reason I'm losing the ground within the room. Is there a way to stop this from happening so both pieces of BSP can share the same space without losing the ground floor within the building?

Hey guys starting up a new project again, this time its a sci fi/industrial scene. I'll sticking with a modular design, and will be modeling and texturing to UE3 specs. And hope to import all into unreal one day. So here is what i got so far some concepts and some renders enjoy :)
I'm mainly using unreal to showcase my models. i have a scene with my character and the environment i put him in. i just want the environment to bake lighting and it keeps baking lighting on my character as well. anyone know what i do to not make only the env bake?
Hey, I've been looking everywhere for some decent Pflow tutorials and I can't seem to find anything.Normally I would be using unreal's Cascade, but I'll be using an in-house engine, so I'll need to use Pflow to get my particles right. Anyone know of any good Pflow tutorials?
Nothing too hard. I'm just in the mood to animate something 3D and make it look like Looney Tunes. Sort of like the Crash Bandicoot games on the PS1. Software I have: 3DS Max & Unreal Engine 4. I wouldn't even start with a character. I'd animate a teapot.
HI guys, When importing my groom from Maya, it comes flipped on the X. If I change the scale to -X it does not render correctly. I am setting the rotation values to 90,180,0 has any one experience this before? or have ideas on how to trouble shoot?
ok so im setting up an environment in the udk, and I'd really like to get a grip on how to set up a lens flare, but the actor class for them isn't working, and I havent been able to find anything about it in the Unreal wiki. Does anyone here think they can lend a hand??
I read the license but that is not clear to me, can i use materials from megascan (free) to create content to sell on unreal marketplace? No selling the materials of course, but rather using them as a starting point to texture assets like chairs, tables etc..
Hi everyone! I'm working on recreating this concept : for my game environments class in Unreal Egnine 4. My goals for this project are to learn modular texturing and improve my skills at recreating the concept art. Here's a screenshot of the initial block out. And the current state that its in right now.
