Hello polycounters, I would like to get some critiques on my working progress Demon Centaur. the first images are stylized and a bit exaggerated as far as the anatomy is concern, while the second one is aiming more towards realism ( I am not sure on which way to take it yet). What do you guys think?

Hi folks, So this is my first work posted here and my second "serious" character sculpt. I would appreciate some feedback, especially on the anatomy. It's for the most part still work in progress but I would like to have all the proportions correct before I put in too much detail. Thanks!
what are the anatomical mistakes? do i really need to know how to sculpt the fingers and feet?.. not gonna fix the neck since i plan on covering it with clothes... games-wise, how much more anatomical knowledge do i need before passed as hirable? thanks in advance.
As I learn Maya i'm modeling this soon-to-be pretty little lady (ha!) you see here. This is still a very early WIP as you can tell, however I'd much appreciate any tidbits of advice you fellows may be able to offer me. Oh yeah, no limit on the number of polys. Enjoy.

Hey everyone. I just recently had my portfolio critiqued by a character artist at EA and he recommended I add more head and anatomy sculpts. So with that in mind I'm going to try and do semi-daily head sculpts until I have 15 or so that are portfolio worthy. Comments and critiques are welcome!
