premultiplied is useful if you have black in the transparent pixels - not something you see that often these days cos we have image formats that aren't shit I'd imagine people use copy because they don't know what switch does :D also I'd say 1ms is well within margin of error

It looks like there is just not enough texture space on the UV for the normal map to actually represent any detail properly, resulting in these big pixels where the edges should be.
Yeah, the logo matches UDK logo pixel perfectly, only difference is the text and it is even done with the same font. I'd change that because it gives a bad impression.
this question seemed appropriate in this thread. whenever i bake normals and AO's, the lines are always pixelated. is there some kind of antialiasing i can activate in 3ds max?
