I've got custom objects that I've created that I want to bend, but the bounding box (?) around them is on an angle, which in turn screws with the bend angles. Pic of problem is attached Any ideas?

To elaborate, I recently had myself 3d modeled in a natural pose. I have an OBJ file and now wish to add a skeleton in Unity I know mixamo does this automatically if you are in a T or A position so what's the best software or method I can use to bend my arms from natural to A or T? Thanks guys
Subject sums it up basically...is there any way of transferring the influence of one bone ('upperarm') to another ('upperarm_twist')? (leaving 'upperarm' blank) Feels like something that can be done if I knew my way around some of Skin's dusty old tools...
Much like Maya/Max, is there any way I can create my own splash screen image, put it somewhere and thus replace the original one? I love giving apps in my PC some personal looks. Tried putting a new splash.bmp in the root folder, but nothing changed. If this is possible, what's the place and dimension of the image needed?

it's what I get when try to do it by "max pattern liberty" The input cube continue to getting scaled up but is cropped by some square frame. Does anybody know how to get rid of or scale up this frame too?
