actually the final polycount will be more like 5k normal mapped I think hes more peeved at the term next-gen though, but since I still work on ps2 games its next gen to me. I want my buzzword damn you!
Blizzcon 2010 didn't mention anything about the next gen MMO they are hiring for. It'll probably be another year before we found out those polycounters at blizzard are up to... LETS SPECULATE :D

Next gen is absolutely not "all speculation". People who work every day with the current generation of consoles, and worked with the last gen, and sometimes even the generation before that, can make well-informed educated guesses about what we'll see in coming years.
Moving forward with my weapon set, this time it was the turn of the submachine gun. This time I based the model on the very popular and futuristic-looking Kriss Vector Gen 2. I included a number of attchments; a foregrip, a peq-15 flahsligh/laser, back-up sights and a reflex sight.
