I've had this a lot in max 9 too. Spinning the morph moves the source object. I always manage to fix it, but I'm not sure how. Let me think on it. I'm sure it was something to do with the order in which I cloned the source mesh and set up the morphs.
Yeah, not a Happy Day for us Aussies. However, while he was a great bloke, (I met him when I was 9), thousands die everyday. He will be missed, but lets not forget the big picture, you are born, you live, and you die. It was just his time.
looks good but like scott said its on a console =/ The good news is its one TINY step toward me buy in a 360. Now they just need a keyboard/mouse controller and about 9 other games that are interesting and I might buy a console sometime in 2015.
lucky bastage!!! going to evo!! the only way i get to see EVO is by buying the DVD's they've been putting out for the past few years. oh well, I may go to ECC since I only live about 9 hours from Jersey.
another way to speed up is to set the display mode to #flat so that all the shading is not computed anymore. With big scenes that was usually the biggest boost for me, and yes the back face culling should be set to off which should be by default since max 9 (because of that reason).
the USA is in debt by $8.2 trillion. The new limit is 9 trillion dollars, and is currently rising to this limit at 75 million dollars per hour. Japan is the USA's biggest creditor, at $668 billion. China, the second-biggest, at $263 billion. I think CDs are called ISAs in England.

Hey all -- If memory serves me right, 6-9 months ago there was a fairly respected 3D (though 2D would be just as beneficial) animation training material (DVD download format?) which ran under a hundred bucks. Am I going crazy or does this actually exist, and if so, where? Thanks ;)
hi guys, a small question: in max 9, always when i assign my orthographic images to a plane, the image gets really pixelerated and unsharp, even though the actual image assigned to the plane is pretty big and sharp... any idea's how this can happen and what to do about it? thanks!
Hey guys, i know this forum is primarily digital 2d/3d but i know there are some traditional animators as well. I've been asked to teach a summer traditional animation camp to kids aged 9-12 and I'm in need of some cheap or easily constructable light tables (and if possible cheap pegbars aswell)
