Hi all............I want to post a few images of my model based on Mr Hyde. All 3Ds Max so far, and hope to take into zbrush later for polypaint etc. Feed me as many ideas on how to make this better guys, I need everyones advice and expertise please. Cheers!:)
This is my first post in polycount! Here is my last project. I have tried to create a complete character just for fun, but I want to improve it. If you could help me with some comments, I would really appreciate it, I want to be a better artist. So i need to inprove my polypainting skills... SomeEvolution screenshots...
What's up polycount, I'm pretty new here, and to Zbrush in general. So I was hoping you guys could give me some pointers on how my sculpt is coming along. Also I know nothing about polypainting or rendering in zbrush, so any tips or general guidelines are very much appreciated! :)
Hello guys. I am trying to do this kind of straps on a scabbard. I tried in zbrush with Curve Strap Snap and one wrong move will screw every thing. Then I tried Polypaint Straps in 3Ds Max. No good. Please can someone tell me the good and fast way to do this straps? Thank you in advance :)
Hi I recently discover polypaint 3d, and I try to push my out to my comfort zone I more a hard surface/props guy I have plan a hand painted texture, no high poly and no baking my quick concept props where I am so far critics are greatly welcome thanks
A sculpt i completed for a zbrush challenge in school. Any feedback would be appreciated it was polypainted and sculpted in zbrush and brought in to photoshop to add some textures to make it look nicer to present. I composited some render passes from keyshot into photoshop afterwards. i did want to add some skin details on…
good ol' photoshop, or something else like zbrush polypaint or substance painter? Or a combination? I'm kind of on the fence about getting substance for this purpose, but I'd like to hear what you guys do. I've heard substance painter is kind of misleading for this purpose, but those posts were like 2 or 3 years old.
Thanks! Yeah sure I could do some breakdowns later, just need to fix that wind. Its all hand modelled and sculpted so thanks hehe :) I used photos I took of rock surfaces and polypainted with it in Zbrush and made alphas for lichen and moss that I stamped on the rocks
i dont see Natalie Portman there, looks more like Keira Knightley, Gene Hackman and Danny Trejo i think the highpoly work looks great. almost looks like there is some polypaint texture on the highpoly which seems like an odd thing to do but looks good none the less.
raised the shoulders up some, still more detail passes to do on all his accessories but started experimenting with polypainting on the some of the more finished parts, im happy with the jean folds but not too happy with his jumper especially the arms look a bit odd which im kinda stuggling with a bit!
