cubed modeling -- Resurrected thread
not sure what it was originally called, but "cubed modeling" is how i seem to remember it. The idea is to create a model with 128 polys, and use a 128x128 texture map to skin it. Hi! Looking at the color of the normal map, it seems like it had some gamma correction applied (compare the color against a flat normal color (128, 128, 255)).
