not sure what it was originally called, but "cubed modeling" is how i seem to remember it.
The idea is to create a model with 128 polys, and use a 128x128 texture map to skin it. Or replace 128 with 64, or 256......you get the idea. I was kinda miffed that the old boards went down before i got to make one for the old thread (i think mop started the old thread). Anyways, here's my first contribution.
