Yeah Slum's idea is pretty nice. Simple, clean, iconic. I'd probably make the text a little bigger though, since that'll be tiny on a business card. Maybe just move the head up and shrink it a bit to make more room for the text. Bigger name definitely.

I have an image (screenie below is just a section of it) it's currently 2048*2048 but needs to be 1024*1024. Problem is the bicubic sampling in photoshop blurs/interpolates the lines and it looks shit. Nearest neighbor also does a pretty poor job. What other options do I have?
