Anything you do at home that is not commisioned work is yours, period. Unless stated otherwise in your work contract. And if it does say that, I'd recommend getting the fuck out. :) It becomes slightly more difficult if you do some of you project's work on the workplace. Like during lunchtime... The company can then argue… -
