Only minor crit is that it looks like the statue in the foreground is falling over.

a lot of your shapes seem to be related to LoTR inspired designs in one way or another. good sketches, but for a crit i guess i'd like to see more shapes outside what appear to be your comfort zone. not so many jagged shapes (very uruk hai) try some different methods. color can wait, i would still continue mostly monochromatic studies since you're doing well with them.
I am using photoshop, and only two brushes
simple round, and custom brush
