Just finished a big Unreal 5 environment, I am really proud of this one!! Check the video out on my Artstation I had a great time going through old Italian songs on the internet archive. Ciaoooo
I’m very grateful to be part of the Props team involved in the development of this project. It’s been an incredible journey of collaboration and creativity. Here’s the teaser—hope you enjoy it and that it gives you a glimpse of the effort and passion we’ve put into this. Thank you for joining us on this adventure!
working more on my lioness model. will have to sort the paws out at some point, but am just pleased about being able to paint the textures with polypaint
I just finished these two busts! Both were created in Maya, with the linework done in Substance Painter and final touch-ups in Photoshop. You can check out a full breakdown and explanation on my ArtStation!
3D recreation of Uncharted 4: A Thief's End, Cassie's Room This room is one of the main things that inspired me to want to be a 3D Environment Artist. I am 100% open to critiques!
@s_erickson - my main problem with this is the lighting. I can't work out where the light is coming from. just seems to be lit from every direction
making it look really flat. I am guessing it's daytime, so maybe look at other renders that have good indoor lighting and think about the light sources
I wanted to do something with a less faceted or mid - high poly look. And in research I found that the Kratos model in GOW3 (2010) has 64,000 polys as a whole, with 5,700 on the face alone. For GOW (2018) the total would be 80,000. I just want some opinions/feedback on the topology in regards to the loops and density before carrying on with the project.
The archway one is Durham in the UK( durham college), the other city is a made up one based on a place in Seoul and I like the cleaner look. I tend to work on layers. My thinking is that until i am happy with the overall look i hate committing to the extra details. maybe time now for another foliage pass
Took me longer then expected to get goodish at rendering( 4 years maybe) so the other aspects got neglected a bit. will fix those leaves at some point
anyhoo here is another cycles, blender 4.1. The uber bright one above was done in VRay Blender
