update on columbos hand. I use the dam standard to kind of sketch out the details. works better than the standard brush but you do get a lot of mesh pinching
hands are 'swear word' pain in the butt tbh I used to copy and paste 1 finished finger back in the 90's , then adjust, but now I just sculpt them all seprarately, not too difficult , but getting that base pose is tricky
Since earlier this year, revised an old subd model to a mid poly custom normals mesh.
Screencaped from Blender 3.5.1 material shading viewport, using the EEVEE - Cycles Material and Texture System addon as a sort of previz/concept for further research putting together an all-in-one personalized asset creation pipeline.

I tried to apply many of the feedback I got from my previous character project "Joy", I was told I need to work on facial anatomy and textures more, therefore that was my main focus for this character. I also wanted to improve my understanding of cloth by not depending on Marvelous Designer. I'm happy with the result and learned quite a bit from this project, during the process More importantly I've understood a lot about what I need to improve upon for my next character! My Artstation 👉 - https://www.artstation.com/gauthamsatheesh My inspiration for this character was "Jackie Welles" created by the amazing character artist Marcin Blaszczak from CD PROJEKT RED.
Would love to get some feedback on how I can further improve as a character artist
I've been felling way too depressed for mad long, for only studying art from home all alone. I'll really push myself to share my work here every week, or even everyday maybe. LEt's see if we can build a nice community around here
This is a 3D environment I've been working on artstation I also published additional images with sculpts and materials (https://www.artstation.com/artwork/kQYAL0) I would like to hear your comments and critiques. Here is also a link to the cinematic video I produced (https://youtu.be/75rVp1a5Gik). The original concept was taken from MZ but i managed to modify it a little bit in order to create a more full environment.
This has been my project for the access test to the Modeling and Texturing of Environments and Props for AAA Video Games Advanced Master.
It's been thought and modeled fully from scratch with Blender. In order to make the textures, I've used Substance Painter. I hope you like it, any feedback is welcomed. More screenshots on the Artstation -> https://www.artstation.com/artwork/VJwma8
In my free time from work, I decided to practice modeling cartoon characters. Well, then I decided to rig this model; you can see the rig in action using the link. I will be glad to see your reactions and subscription!)
A little hard surface modeling practice I did recently. I wanted to try out software that was new to me - Plasticity More shots at the link https://www.artstation.com/artwork/xDWBGE

An anatomy study I've been working on, really trying to push the detail and realism I could squeeze out of it.
