Normal Issues - How To Fix those?

hi, I have a problem with my low-poly, on marmoset it has no problem but when I import the mesh on painter I see that there are some problems with the shading, all the UV cuts have hard edges and I have already tried a mesh> cleanup on maya which did not fix the problem. Can anyone tell me what the problem is?

    Automatic mesh triangulation is different between marmoset and painter. Triangulate the mesh at export and ensure that both apps use the same mesh and that they don't fuck with the normals and tangents on import
