TheIceHeLater - I think it's looking pretty good so far. One thing to always think about in any art is Contrast. I would darken up the backside of your character and lighten up the axe area more to draw attention to the axe itself.
From what I can tell, none of the creators of the items are that concept artist since they're all russian. The way I see it, why only use the helmet, shoulders and chest if you're the original artist. PLus the rest of the items don't even look like they were designed together.

I'm doing a set for puck and while planning it I faced with one problem. BONES!
I think you know that puck's wings have just 1 bone per wing. In my example, I have at least 4 bones per wing (image below). But I found that in my set, puck will not use somewere around 15 bones (they comes from tail).
So the question is:
Can I delete bones from tail and make new ones for wings? And how should I upload my model?

longest one, all changes are kind of possible if you justify the change, let me explain what this bones changes will need to modify in dota
you are going to need a new character on the files with the diferent bones and all the new animations to it, and i the future if they decide to change anything on puck they will need to change this second model too.
Even the arcana legion commander is one single model that was already produced to work with the 2 styles
an option you have is to add cloth to the wing, it will look a little floppy but its the best you can do. Changing the entire model is not something i would recoment
I am trying to set up Blender, HLMV and "dota 2 test" to all work from the same set of folders. I extracted "pak01_dir" to "C:root" and HLMV is working great. I can set the compile paths in the .qc file but it keeps building in "dota 2 test" folders because I have my game path set to "dota 2 test"

2. Would like "dota 2 test" to open using "C:root\" folder system

Planetside's 'workshop' is really interesting, even though the game isn't as 'big' as Dota 2, it seems like they are much more in touch with the community than Valve, with lots of weekly videos and streams about answering players questions, patches, UGC, etc. Really hope they expand for other countries instead of US only, because I'd definitely give it a try.

try to reduce the ammount of animationforceattraction or animationvertexattraction to reduce the bounciness
also some more mass and damping would help

I recommend blocking communication with each person who spams your page. It prevents them from leaving messages on your profile/workshop as well. I've been doing that and it's definitely slowed the amount I get. Mostly because I'd get a ton of links from the same accounts.

Yeah i've been getting it to from the same people, i just delete those comments and then report the steam account for link spamming, that's about all you can do for now. Granted i have far fewer items in the workshop than you Tvidotto, so deleting all their comments might be tough.
Sukotto, cheers - well I hope Grimoire might be in game one day. Perhaps I need to revisit a few things on him. I havent had any feedback but maybe a red skinned Grimoire for Warlock might help.
So, is it 'safe' to submit an item? From what I could see, it is indeed compiling correctly if you load it on the model viewer or 'View Existing Model', but still, I'm not 100% sure if the submission is fine.

So far I see 0 problems with the outputs. If the uplaod size is not 0, I think it is just fine to submit. Testing my CM cape has become a problem now though... hlmv just wigs out with it, but in game always was fine

Can you open anything in model viewer? It could be your targets are messed up, I use a bat file i wrote to launch hlmv

for Magnus, the hair goes is "Head" slot and the horn goes in "Misc" slot!!!
