M4 carbine
Hi all.
During my career I made a lot of weapns, but not a single M4, so I decided to fix this and make one:) To be honest M4 turned to be one of the most difficult weapons to make b/c it's completely asymmetrical, but I love challenges:) There is still a lot of work ahead, so advices and critics are welcomed

I'm planning to make lowpoly and texture it, but there is still a ton of work with highpoly, I want to add more stuff like sights, panels, front grip, etc. Also, want to make second buttstock, I do love this design:

I'm still here and still making M4:) I've made a couple of new attachments and tweaked older stuff, still have a lot of work ahead and more attachments to add.

I've also managed to export the whole gun to Sketchfab, please be adviced that this is pretty heavy file, you'll have to download about 200 mb to view it

It still has s lot of places to tweak and fix, but I'm pretty much happy with what I have atm. I'm planning to clean the file of unneccesary temp objects that got there during export and maybe to make a version with separated materials.
CougarJo, I wouldn't do lots of details as well:) I just loved this weapon and tried to do my best

luge, did you contact Sketchfab support? Maybe they know what may be the reason.
And meanwhile I made a small sling and separated the model by colors. It still has about 200mb size, so be careful with viewing it

Here is a small update. I've made Aimpoint red dot sight along with lens covers. There is still a bit of work left here and I truly hope that by the end of this week I'll finally finish this highpoly and start low-poly and texturing
Now i see how much time a good weapon costs.
