hehe yeah. just a pointlight in marmoset, using on of their cubemaps, garage one, just a test..will be more default light for the final.

lol you'd better go and get some rest. I love the design and the outcome but I think the main skull could do with a splash of colour or change the colour of the leather straps to a dark redish.

While the pattern is wonderful looking, I'm a big fan of how the upper handle part curves and then the axe comes back down. Not to mention your most badass skull.

Hey guys thanks, now I can show the 2 day polish we got before submitting our weapon. Was really happy they allow us to polish it, was my chance to improve a bit the texturing I rushed.

The new colour is cool but I have to say I'm a fan of green so I'd have chosen that colour if the game permitted it.

Looking back though if I had to redo my entry I'd probably just sculpt the Mona Lisa on a stick XD

thx snow, i used a matcap a shared below, and changed his spec/main color on photoshop basically

I made a few screenshot from the wepon for my website (I need to remove old stuff lol)

Was a very cool challenge, best of luck everybody!

Habboi? The screenshots on FB are probably the fairest way you can judge the weapons because that's how it will actually look ingame. The FB voting by itself is another issue that i don't like very much but then again it's probably the best way to make this even more Darksiders community related since now also the fans have a say and feel they actively contributed to a choice.

anyway if you'd disagree let's continue this discussion here so orbs topic stays to the point ^^
