We'll start by just drawing a piece everyday, and it can be digital or traditional. Then we'll start to work in some sweet themes to challenge ourselfs! ex. robots, chicks etc.
- 1 embed maximum (1 image, or 1 video, or 1 gif, etc.)
- Anim GIFs must be less than 2 mb
- Externally-hosted images must be less than 500 kb
- Uploaded images must not exceed 1000 pixels in any dimension
- Don't upload PNG, use JPG
- Breaking these rules may cause merciless editing by a Moderator

the Pineapple King was created for the Sketch_Dailies SpongeBob theme. This is not my usual illustration style so it was really fun to stretch my wings and try something new.

[Not making fun of anybody. Just came across fast and easy cheats. If you have to buy Gumroad to find it, you're not doing it right.
I've been practicing a bunch though!
I'm just giving these a once over to see how I feel about them before moving on.

Some sketches for the day. Still experimenting with Alchemy. Colors are in Photoshop.
I find Alchemy a very interesting program to get weird and different shapes to imply objects when sketching for environments. I think the strongest application of it is to get unusual forms for your designs, not so much to sketch scenes. Although I do like the line quality that you get with the program. Maybe I will try cleaner sketches and more creature explorations next.
