Crit: Something feels off that his face has such character with his eye brow raised but because his body is perfectly straight up (at least that's what it seems like in the video) it seems lacking. I think if you have is body bent opposite to his eyebrow raise it would add alot IMO. Anywho good stuff!
the only part i'm not really a fan of is the hairline, it looks so stucked in and as its one pice in the texture i assume its because of using 2 different shaders? maybe you could tweak the normals to not break there?
about the hair,
I sculpted in Zbrush, and baked its normal first and texturing..
but I realized sculpting and baking isn't good idea for hair,
so while I was texturing , I erazed the hair normal channel and
I just drew it in Bodypaint3D, and later the hair texture I drew was normalized with Crazybump,
it's all I have done for the hair,
yeah I think I could make it better with more planes with alpha
(I'm lazy lol)

Just one very noobish question... I kinda get it why is the spec map for the skin blue, but what i don't understand why is the hair on the spec green ? (or it's not green and i should get my eyes checked )
