Shadownami: i'm not sure about the colors yet but i think i'm gonna stick with the purple and cyan . tommorow i'll iterate on it some more and start thinking about colors

praetus: yeah i understand what you mean but i think as long if i don't turn them yellow and black it won't resemble a bee. I might add some decorative bats on top of the stockings.

jeroen: yeah they are awesome ! I love how they handle those big curves and still keep everything sexy

Cute! I was somewhat hesitant about the design earlier, but the colours really do a lot to make the design more identifiable as Morrigan. Really looking forward to future updates.

Wonderful take on Morrigan! But I miss 2 things. One is her face. Morrigan is extremaly provocative and sexy. She's all about sex. For while, your model is lacking this. It's looking a bit shy and childish, in my opinion. Even with a cutier face, I think this characteristc should remains. Do you know Arthur de Pins? He draws very provocative chicks and situation in cartoon style. Maybe a direction like this can work here.

Other thing is the bat wings. She has 2 pairs.. I think they are really fundamental to show that she is Morrigan. If you take the colors on your design away, it will be pretty hard to notice that is her. But if you mantain at least the pair of wings on her back, I think this will help a lot to reconize her.

Anyway, awesome job here!

Maybe the bat hairband could stand to be big enough to seem like the batwings are altering the silhouette a bit, but I'll definitely be keeping my eye on this one.

Dan! : tnx, i am currently trying some different approuches in 3d with the eyes. It's hard finding a mix between toonish and realistic.

Betelgeist: hehe yeah, i didn't define all the materials propperly in the paint, i think i'm goin to make the upperpiece latex too so hold on for some shiny specs *.*

Jramauri: tnx dude, i do agree with the sexyness but i think that can be achieved by the right posing. maybe i'll make her lips a little fuller and give her big eyelashes.
I don't want to add the wings though, i know they define the silhouet of morrigan but i don't want them in my design. Maybe i'll add the silhouet shapes of the wings to the weapon.

I'm going to wait with showing an update for now , maybe in a few hours or tomorrow i'll show my first 3d progress

gotta give credit to NEOX for his chris sanders tribute work he made, it's great reference. I do aim to make the curves even bigger though then in his approach

w00t! Curves! The butt looks like it needs more volume compared to her thigh. The big thigh makes her ass look fairly flat.

awesome man intresting to see some toony stuff from ya! in her profile shot on the right her butt looks a bit flat, could just be the perspective, but take another look at the hips from the side view to be sure. also that black material is super black on my monitor at least, its hard to read against the darker parts of the gradient background.

nice one love the style, was doing something similar just before the start of the comp (check it out http://www.polycount.com/forum/showthread.php?t=82002&highlight=50s+pin ). The crotch feels a little wide to me but you might make up for it by making the leotard wider in that area. Also i'd look at the silhouette of the face. It's turning really well, man. I just think that in profile view you could work more on her curvature, more "S" curve for her spine and legs. This will make her more sexy, I guess.

I think the anatomy is altogether way too plasticy. Proportions are solid, but ass, lower back, thighs, hips, none really have the proper muscle/fat/bone structure i'd expect. Reffing sanders is aweosme, but be sure to let your anatomy skill fill in the vague parts. You saw when Josh Singh did some sanders inspired work, right?
