Wow, she's really gorgeous now! About body proportions, I believe there's nothing more to change, she's perfect. On face, I see that her eyes are popping out too much. I think that if you pull the eye globe a little bit back, and the upper eyelid too she'll look better.

Don't know if it is a perspective issue, but I notice her expression different, and I think was better the first one. She looked more "I like to be a bad girl" to me.

I want her to look cute and provocative at the same time. In the end i'll give her a sexy pose and facial expression.

also working on her attributes , i tried making the fabric that hangs from her back in the concept . Even though the shape looked good it covered too much ass to my taste so i'm probably going to ditch that :P. I'll post an image with some of the attributes later tonight or tomorrow
Looks fantastic! I'm seriously in love with those boots. And reduced ass coverage is definitely something I can get, er... behind. :P Seriously though, the shapes of the hip/pelvic area are super sexy, so it'd be a real shame to cover any of it up.

Hi, its a lovely character and a great treatment of the brief. As for suggestions, maybe reduce her foot size? I think it would help sell the silhouette more and push the cartoony proportions. The hair test looks great and the simple gradient works a treat.
I think you've lost some of the cuteness in the face, perhaps compare to your concept again and see which direction you prefer? I personally really like the face in the concept.

The face cuteness is because of the pure white eyes and the mouth that isn't laughing atm i think. I'm going to pose it in the end and i'm sure that's going to bring back te cuteness (and if it doesn't i'll just tweak it untill it does ^^)
Cut down a bit on the fresnel, it's kinda distracting imho.
Also, she could use some tasty skin shading on the fleshy bits.
The hair is pretty solid looking (if that makes sense). I take it you're going for some stylized look for the hair and nuttin' too fancy pants? I'd say properly define some large clumps of hair with some secondary details here and there but not too much in general.
still my favorite entry so far. from your turn around, the butt looked a little bit low poly. i'm not sure how you're using your poly's, but that area should probably be a bit smoother.

For the Flesh i'm not sure yet if i'm going for an SSS shader, i don't really know any good ones that 3ds max supports. And for the hair i've made a small update. (Alpha planes are a BITCH , i can't believe noone has made a good realtime hair plugin yet that enables you to make good alphaplane hair and style it).
The secondary details i'm still searching for some good ones, i think a necklace and some straps will work on her.

Alpha-planes are fun once you get the hang of it imho. I think it's great to see it all coming alive when you're placing them all one by one!
But that idea for a plugin would a cool thing to have actually. Should be "easy" to do in Unity I guess.

Overall, the model is coming along fantastically. I love the style and the shapes of the whole thing. I think your spec map right now is too strong, the skin is looking slightly plasticy, especially around her nose and lips. Same with her bum on the turnaround. I agree with the comment that the batwings get lost as well. Keep it up! Can't wait to see her polished and perfect.

If I can comment, I would try to remove the reflection effect on the skin, but I don't know if it was intended like that or not (she looks kinky with all that oil on her ; ).
Also, I think if you made her arms a bit thinner like on your original drawing and made the feet wee bit smaller, it would emphasize her "bottle" silhouette more : )

Finally started some diffuse painting (flatshaded atm)
