Your 2D work is excellent. Really wish I had that much control in the drafting stages of my figures. Did you learn your techniques from some one in particular?
redpandafire - No one in particular, just kinda ended up with my own way of drawing after years and years of doing it
Marlfox8 - Those two sketches were done in photoshop, just a broad brush with the opacity controlled by the pen pressure. Tell you the truth, I can't stand sketching in photoshop, drawing with real pencil and paper is much better, IMO.
hawken, conte - thanks guys, I actually struggled a lot with this sculpt, mostly because I couldn't wrap my head around building a generic female, I kept defining too much anatomy, and adding unique features... but eventually I came to this generic female. Boring as hell to look at, but now I have a decent base to build characters from. weeee
Really nice pencilwork and 3d's coming along very nice as well. I think the line going from armpit to breast on the woman is too defined. I think that line should be pulled down a bit more as right now the musculature looks a bit flat.
Thanks AimBiz, I went and tweaked the model a bit since I posted those picts, including the problem you pointed out. Once I smoothed that transition, it became much more natural looking throughout that whole area.
Thanks for the kind words guys, I feel like a constant failure at this stuff, so it nice to read your comments:)
Medestruit - ha, rarely does anyone notice that, most just try to pronounce it. Its actually pretty simple, Imdone doing the things that make me unhappy. It's a nice daily reminder why I joined this site a year ago, to pursue the things Im interested in, and begin removing the things in my day that depress or upset me.:)

Haha, gotcha. I'm dyslexic to a degree, so I always realize flipped words. I used to read books upside down and backwards from the last page to the first in school to piss my teachers off.
Good reminder/motto to have, that's for sure. Keep rockin' the awesome art.
Hi! Your sis loved her drawing from you...I bought a pack of cigs (candy) to go with. She laughed and laughed some more! Your female model has really come along ways since I last viewed it. How is the hair modeling going?
