I develop iOS apps and am currently developing an online course to teach 3D to iOS devs. If you our one of your mates has some swanky 3D models that are available for sale or use with attribution please ping me.
yo wudup yo. I'm trained as an illustrator, but I'm going to give 3d modeling a shot. I'm going to be self teaching blender. I'm going to need the support of a good forum to get through some of the technical headaches I'm in for.
Hello Polycount. My name is Eric and I am currently attending school for video game design. I have taken a great shine to 3D modelling. I hope to be fluent in modelling, texture and animation when I graduate.

Hi! I'm Boogiearmy, I like playing DotA 2 and of course heard of the polycount contest that was going on and really liked the idea of creating your own DotA items That is how I ended up getting Maya (the student version) and now I am, as a complete newb, trying to get some practice with it and doing 3d models
I'm an architecture graduate with a real interest in creating Environmental Art.
Glad to be a part of this amazing archive and community, I look forward to sharing my work in progress..
Yo! I'm Tokenin, I've recently finished a diploma in applied animation and now I'm going to be bumblin' around for the next year trying to create an illustration portfolio of some sort. I'm also interested in modelling and texturing... which is probably why I am here.
Hello, everybody. Aspiring character artist here, only been a student for a year now. I've been trying to surround myself more with art, and digital sculpting(primarily) lately, so I figured I would start of by joining the PolyCount community.
What I've seen so far its great, and I look forward to seeing what everyone else decides to offer
Hello all, I'm a freelance out of maryland doing more film type work, though I used to design games ages ago now. The urge to code comes over me every now and again, and learning all this 3D stuff will be great if it ever come down to me designing a game again. That being said I like some of the help I've seen here and can't wait to contribute. Low poly stuff is also great for film especially in terms of control and rigging ease.
I'm a CS student interested in 3D modelling. I've been working with C4D for quite some time and am now switching to Maya. Questionable choice, I guess. I enjoy low-poly-modelling and I assume I'll learn something here.
Anyway, I am looking forward to participating in this community.
(That's quite a nice way to get people to post, by the way.)
