hehe, there's a secret to studio exercising. MP3 players with music that you like, played so loud all the squeaky sounds from exercise appartuses, and chav bastards talking is deafened out.
if you play that stuff on full, while working the treadmill, with a pulse close to cardio (around 150-165 BPMs) after a while, you'll start getting an adrenaline rush, which usually kicks in after 10-20 minutes for me.
depending on the music you play, you'll go through various emotions.
black metal makes you feel REALLY angry, trance will make you feel like your brain fell out, (especially zombie nation) oh, and you can play some video game favorites as well, just to spice things up.
Exercise is addictive. You don't really have to force yourself to do it unless you are really adverse to any physical activity. Once you get over the hump, you'll have more energy and feel better, and will want to do it.
Excercise alone wont help you lose weight. Exercise and a good diet will, so dont waste your time, really look up what you should be eating ask the people(working) at the gym. Just saying if u werent already, just trying to help.
Oh well that day blows, it beats my worst day, I dont even remember which one was so it cant be that bad or I would remember it... get up on that horse again!

I've also had lots of frustrations with trying to export smd's and compile my models for source, i've done pretty much every possible way of getting my models into source over the years and now i know all the things that can go wrong and feel like i understand the compile tools in and out. Getting models working now is a breeze and i've set up a pipeline for myself that takes just a few clicks.
anyway, my point is, with a little bit more efort and perseverance, you live a happier life!!

It's not an SMD Importer. It's an Source Engine Addon. The reason...it's more than just an importer. It's an entire set of tools for use with the Source engine. Something Max doesn't have. There's also a CryExporter, and XNA Addon available, and also an ActorX Addon provided by UDN.
If it doesn't suit you, use 3DS Max, the most stable, intuitive, and fully-functionaly software ever made, and have a nice day.

That's totally wrong. Wheat and Barley are the best grains by a long shot. The nutritional values of oat and soy products are greatly exaggerated, especially considering the high amount of processing involved in manufacturing said products.

What source do you have that said wheat is healthier in any way than oats? And what exact definition of 'healthy' are we talking? Lower calorie i could buy, but that's better for losing weight, not 'healthier'

Okay, establishing that you don't get ill eating wheat is a good starting point, but the physical capacity to do a bicep curl isn't really a good test of nutritional value
