r_fletch_r, reminds me of working at Tantalus. That stuff got completely out of hand - by the end of it, people were hiding pictures of wangs all over the studio so every time you opened a drawer, moved something or looked somewhere slightly outside the usual eyeline you'd be greeted by a cock. Then there were complaints about professionalism and female workers leaving the company and that was the end of that.
Jackablade: thankfully the women in our department find this sort of thing funny (and were heavily involved). That is presuming were talking about badly drawn ones and not prints, that wouldn't slide at all, for anyone.
This should be insane. Launch is scheduled for a couple hours from now and this guy should be the first human to break the sound barrier without any sort of vehicle after he jumps from 120,000 feet. Fucking nuts.
Seriously, this BS of making tutorials just to get noticed in the industry is starting to get on my nerves. To add salt to injury, it always involves naked females with exaggerated sex-appeal proportions.

I nearly spat out my tea from laughing at your post!!
Damn, I didn't notice that, so much BS man, since the guy can also claim that both sites are under the same 'admin' or user due to their very similar names.
They get better every year! The giant one w the zombie crawling out is sweet, but my favs are the ones with a traditional-looking "mask" with the detailed face and teeth underneath. Sooo creepy.
This is Neil. I didn't post that belly post. That must be a fan of mine. Here is the thing. I don't claim to the best artist in the world; in fact, I state that in my sales copy. However, I am an awesome teacher.
This is the problem with most art instructors. They are fantastic artists, but not very good teachers. They aren't good at explaining the necessary information to get students to grow as artist. They aren't good at transforming and okay artist into a great artist. This is what I do.
I get emails all the time from uni students tell me how they have learned more from my courses and over 300+ free tutorial than they did in art courses at uni. That's pretty amazing.
Nonetheless, I probably draw better than most people on this forum, just not as good as the greats on deviantart.com
Pretty sure a joke, that last line especially sounds like a prod at this neil guy. Not to mention the same guy posts two sketchbook threads right after posting here with some really crap drawing. Trolololol
Moving on, here's something genuinely awesome which I'm surprised doesn't appear to have turned up on the forum yet: http://gizmodo.com/5951621/watch-the-video-of-the-space-jump-here
A guy floats his way up to 127,000 feet in a balloon and then jumps out, freefalling back to earth, breaking a number of records on his way down, along with the speed of sound. For Science!
I watched it, and the speeds they were displaying on TV, barely reached over 700MPH, which was not quite the sound barrier. I guess today, they are saying it recorded somewhere over 800MPH, so he did break it. I guess I was looking for the 'mist' or boom, but then again, the video wasn't very good as he was falling. I'd love to see his onboard video.

...probably.

I was going to say "wrong thread" but this is hilarious!
Either this is a troll, or this is THE guy. Either way, this is amazing!
