Right, and since they only showed one eye I thought it might be Shockwave (except it looked rather asymmetrical, and most people wouldn't remember Shockwave anyway). I think the idea that it's Megatron's right eye might be the ticket, I can see it though it's not real clear.

yeha its totaly the autobot logo,, and i don't imagine they are using mars as cybertron, it was probably just there as a scout setting up a closer station to watch earth,,
i seriously expect this movie to suck a lot... not really cause they change the cars and the robots looks around, thats all superficial.
but just cause what i rember of transfrmers is my precious child hood memorys, and even tho if i go back and watch any of the old cartoons and comics, they don't even come close to living up to my memorys,, so how could this?
judging from the teaser video and micheal Bay's track record my fingers are crossed that he doesn't ruin what could be a very successful film.
I can see it now, boy falls in love with a robot, then the robot blows up via megatrons gun and boy makes a new robot that destroys all evil robots. (insert lots of camera pans & explosions)
