This is the sweet spot for your low poly models. Post 'em if you've got 'em!
Low poly hasn't really been a requirement in the games industry for a long while now. This thread is for low poly appreciation, so please take note of these rough guidelines:
- Keep models under 1,000 triangles.
- Scenes are fine, if all models are low poly.
- The end! Enjoy.

Some chest I model. Any feedback is helpful!
I would post more, but I honestly don't want to bombard the page - I think I already have. Let me know what you guys think. This is the most strong craving I've ever had for low poly before, and I'm happy that I'm finally getting places! I appreciate all of you! Your inspiration is amazing! Let's keep this thread going!

critiques welcome! I'm a beginner and I'd love to get all the advice or comments I can get
couch tris: 100
cushion tris: 24
They are 2 separate models with own textures, here: couch, cushion.
Character - 436 tris. Gun - 188 tris. Flashlight - 48 tris. Texture - 256x256.
might update this one. few mistakes, the chassis is pretty busy.
Does he have a phantom head? )
tris: 478, 482, 488, 484
colors: 10, 10, 12, 11
now i'm thinking the textures contrast can be upped on these guys, and the squirrel has an update so i'm re-rendering that out.
@MrQuetch thanks man. yeah, you can always go old school, scrub out polygons and let textures do the heavy lifting, and they are already doing that there. might update that but it is good enough. the Viper texture has been linked in the original post
It looks better than the original
total: 594 tris
This post will be updated with better shots.
I'm gonna go back and rework the rocket dude. Not feeling that one. But if anyone has critique for it let it fly.
The highest-poly is the fox in the middle, with 1700 tris (not counting the outline mesh, which doubles it I guess). I was more interested in animating them than being efficient.
The character designs are not mine, they're from a TV show.
