Do you have a concept you're working from? Only thing that stands out to me just now is that his torso looks really short. The high frequency detail is super cool though!
This would be my main reference by Adam Skutt. Mainly for overall design for the body, suit, gloves etc.
As for detailing I have been taking inspiration mainly from Daniel Bel's piece. Trying to capture that worn, older leather look.
Thank you for the feedback on the torso also, I can see where you are coming from

Hi! Most notably, the arms look to short and a bit crooked. You could check references for hand position in relation to hips/upper leg when arms are held to side. Aside from real world reference, I would think about what proportions communicate the character best - make arms so they are well suited for hand to hand combat. Here is a rough overpaint
Huge fast forward for the project, I have some of my renders from Unreal Engine 4.
Right now I am working on the hair and I am struggling to get a nice blend between hair cards. I am working on adding more cards which will have a different texture assigned so it will have more variation as well as a better transition from the head.
I was wondering if anyone had any tips and advice to be thinking about whilst placing these cards?
Always kinda dug the stocky wrestler takes on Batman. Frank Miller would be proud.
Daniel Bel's piece plays up the damage, seams and wrinkles, if you want to reach that level of detail work more of that in there
Other crit, probably this part is WIP but the skin texture is too even. basically a rock/noise texture. Where the pores at?
